The deal is subject to some customary closing conditions, including the execution of definitive documentation, and the satisfactory completion of due diligence by CDC Software.

As a strategic investor, CDC Software contributes more than financial investment to VITOVA Ltd. CDC Software plans to resell the home-grown DMS solutions under the brand CDC DMS to its global customers outside Greater China region. There will be huge cross selling opportunities to its existing 6,000 worldwide customer base.
