"We are excited about CDC Software's investment in Hong Kong. The partnership brings us a chance to develop the global marketplace with concurrent effort aggressively. This is the perfect role of Hong Kong for the international business."
VITOVA Ltd. will be the latest candidate to CDC Software's Franchise Partner Program. Formed in 2006, the Franchise Partner Program helps CDC Software establish strategic relationships with partners in selected geographies. The investment to VITOVA Ltd. is part of CDC Software's strategic plans to expand its geographic footprint.
"We are very pleased to invest in VITOVA Ltd. and help expand the market share of its award-winning ECM solutions in the global arena," said Dr. Raymond Ch'ien, Chairman, CDC Corporation. "We expect to accelerate our organic growth rate by the cross selling chemistry between VITOVA Ltd. and CDC Software. This type of investments and partnerships in China are part of our long-term plans to significantly increase revenue in China and eventually position this region as our second largest revenue generator."
CDC Software offers a global platform to VITOVA Ltd. that includes an extensive infrastructure of product engineering, sales, marketing, support and services.
